About Olga Zanko
With over 20 years of experience in HR, business consulting, executive leadership, and coaching, I help internationals and expat partners confidently navigate relocation, career transitions, and personal growth.
My professional journey has taken me from HR and business consulting to leading a successful IT company as CEO. Today, alongside my executive work, I am a PhD researcher exploring expat adaptation and career restart, combining academic research with real-life mentoring and coaching.
